Why not take a boat trip to the Benagil caves from Albufeira. It is a three-hour cruise along the stunning coast of the Algarve. The tour leaving from Albufeira marina will take you to the most beautiful beaches, sea caves and rock formations between Albufeira and Nossa Senhora da Rocha (Carvoeiro). Jeep Safari
To escape the routine and hectic life of our days, nothing better than traveling in an off-road vehicle through the wonders of nature, far from the asphalt and pollution. This fabulous and unforgettable Jeep Safari will take you to one of the most beautiful and interesting routes in our Algarve Interior. Amid spectacular and protected landscapes, they will learn how the “people” who live in these rustic villages live, whose customs and traditions will be able to appreciate. We will visit a small local distillery where they can taste “Medronho” (brandy produced in the region) and see the honey production in the old fashion. Lunch at a typical restaurant.
Flavours and Traditions
We invite you to discover the magnificent Algarve interior, the “Barrocal” area. We start by visiting São Brás de Alportel - a small town in the Algarve countryside, in whose surroundings we will visit a cork factory and a small traditional cake factory, from the carob, almond and honey cake. We will also visit the charming Ethnographic Museum of São Brás.
Free time for lunch (not included).
Then we will pass Salir - a bucolic village where you can appreciate the remains of its medieval castle. Finally, stop at “Quinta do Freixo”, a huge property linked to organic farming and where you will have the opportunity to taste the products made here: arbutus, honey and the varied and delicious artisanal fruit jams.
Costa Vicentina - Wild Coast
Join us on this tour and discover a lesser-known side of the Algarve - the extensive Costa Vicentina. Classified as a Protected Area where the preserved nature has a strong and wild character, which translates into stunning landscapes over the Atlantic Ocean.
The Natural Park of the Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina extends from Vila Nova de Milfontes to Burgau, covering in its wide arch about 80 km of coastline. Exploring the countryside north of Lagos, our first stop is at the beaches of Amado and Carrapateira, where you can enjoy the stunning beauty of this coastline sculpted by the rough sea. We then proceed to Aljezur, dominated on a hill by the ruins of its Arab castle, which offers spectacular views all around.
